Cancellation Policy
You have 72 hrs to change or cancel your appt to allow for a 1x only transfer of deposit. The mandatory deposit fee is non-refundable. If you're 20mins late you lose your deposit and may also lose your appt for that day...30mins late your appt is guaranteed canceled ( a courtesy call, text or email saying explaining you're running helps.
